After booking the job your will receive the following:
1- A confirmation message on WhatsApp with the booking number
2- An email with the job appointment included your access to your account on our system.
3- A reminder before the job via email and/or call from our technicians before their arrival.
What will happen after the job is done?
1- All residential customers must pay immediately after job completion and directly to our technicians. We accept many forms of payment methods.
2- Our invoicing team will email you the invoice and you will receive the receipt after our finance receives the payment.
3- You will receive an email requesting feedback. We appreciate your honest feedback as it will help us to continue improving our service.

1- Payment to be made *immediately after job completion* along with signing of delivery order
2- Payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or E-wallet
3- One (1) month warranty will be given for chemical service and installations (subject to work completion)
4- *Sudden cancellation will incur cost of full job value*
5- Building management approval *MUST* be given immediately upon job confirmation
6- In case of no management letter provided and technical team visiting for execution of booked job, *full job value must be paid* if entry is denied to technicians
7- Aircon Hero is allowed to cancel or reschedule the appointment due to any unforeseen circumstances or unpredictable situations that cannot be resolved by the team.
